Wow. I wonder which comment did it.
Pick one. There's another guy here who was being combative and arguing. I guess his opinions were right, and everyone else is wrong.

It's obvious he was playing us. (And probably re-using needles, too. But as I mentioned earlier in this thread, that's actually pretty commonplace in the diabetic community. Doesn't make it right, but, to quote my most-hated expression, it is what it is).

Is it really, though? Not arguing, I just have personally never reused needles as a diabetic and none of my family/friends do either so I was surprised to see this lol. Like we definitely joke about how long it's been since we changed a lancet but definitely not needles.

Are we known for injecting at the most inconvenient, unsterile times? Yah probably. But the needle was new.

It was funny watching people fall into his trap, and get worked up over it. This whole gray market business is all about personal risk, and what you're willing to accept.

Don't expect me to fall in line with your risk level. I won't ask you to follow mine.

Playing us, fine. I definitely fell for it.

I also think there is no room for advocating such patently unsafe practices on such a public forum. I do plenty of "unsafe" things, but I won't discuss them here, on a forum open to the public that any random person can find and assume we know what we are talking about. I do tons of 'unsafe' things, but I'm aware of the fact that my posts can be seen by anyone with Google. I'm not going to accidentally advocate for something that I know I probably shouldn't be doing.
