Yeah I had looked into NAD IVs and even though I could afford them, I’d prefer to spend my money on other things if I can get NAD elsewhere haha. I’m not 40 yet but I’m going to continue to look into NAD I think (as well as MOTS-C and ate so). Just need something to battle the Hashi’s fatigue 😭

how hard would it be for someone to do their own IV.

I've done subq IVs for my cats a lot.
I am pretty chill about yoloing stuff but I wouldn’t IV ugl peptides. That’s really asking for it.

It’s not hard, but it is expensive. I had to learn how to give them when I was in the Army as a collateral duty. We ALWAYS gave ourselves fluids and Banana Bags after long missions. Now I think they use lactaid ringers.
Former iv/picc nurse here and have done my share of hangover home IVs back in the day! Personally would not run anything other than isotonic solutions at home, tempting but nah, looking at subq nad+ protocols for my next adjunctive here.

All of the human NAD+ studies I've found used oral, so that's the direction I am leaning once it makes it to the top of the 'to try' list.

Have you noticed any good effect with the mots c?
Yes! Energy....mood.... ability to complete tasks without feeling overwhelmed.... overall mood.

I think I saw a company named RHO Nutrition selling NAD oral. I haven't tried it. Thought about it. Just need to do more research

You’re losing belly fat with Mots-C? Nice. I’m waiting on my SS31 to arrive. Going to research it first, then the mots. Hoping for some energy but fat loss would be a nice bonus.
My first two weeks I was like holy crap. I typically pay attention to my belly. So it was very noticeable.

That’s all I have left to lose, is my belly. My trouble spot for sure.😂

Came back to thank you for this reply--prompted me to go back and research NAD+ more. My RS doesn't like to take pills, but eventually might force her to.

Absolutely! I am very intrigued by the findings so far. I am not a fan of pills either, but it may be worth getting used to!

Mots was really uplifting! Overall well being! Energy.
I have some Mots on the way, what was your dosing protocol if you don't mind sharing?

And the next challenge is finding a good product. I think some supplement manufacturers and resellers are almost as questionable as pep vendors.
