MOTS-C not working?

Anybody else running mots-c and struggling to feel any benefit? Currently up to 8.5mg pre workout 4-5 times a week but honestly can't feel any benefit. Wondering what dosages everyone else is running.
 
Same here... no noticable effect whatsoever.

From what I know Mots-c requires mitachondria to work properly as it only signals the AMPK pathway.

You (we) might have a problem there.

It's often suggested that you 'fix' your cells first using SS-31 (and possibly FOX04-DRI to get rid of senescent cells).

I'm going to try just that.
 
I can only handle 4 mg. 5 mg puts me over the top. It could be that people that don't feel the effects just have optimally functioning mitochondria. They may also be on the younger side and just haven't experienced the ravages of age that decrease metabolism. If you're over 50 and experiencing no effects then count your blessings.
 
Forgot to mention that im 43 so from what I've read I should feel something as mitochondrial decay or whatever has probably started. Might stop, order a ss31 kit and run that first.

That's the primary protocol, but new research also shows the can be run together as well. I did SS-31 first. Also, 40 is where the NAD levels start to diminish, so you may still have naturally good mitochondrial function. At 67, I don't anymore, so it had a pronounced effect for me.
 
7mg every other day. Great for Cardio and clean energy. I ran SS-31 for a month in November. Pure exhaustion, but apparently a prerequisite. Getting ready to do another round of SS-31.
 
I consider running ss31 prior to mots, but as it was the most expensive item on the entire v endor sales sheet, crazy expensive, thought I'd give it a miss, and train 5x a week, and run 2x a week so don't think I'm potentially a good candidate for it.

I went straight in for 5mg of mots 2x a week, before runs and it feels great, stops me getting anywhere near as tired.

Running 5mg mots-c 3x a week. Love it on week 4, really feel the difference during workouts.
 
I just started 2.5mg 3x a week last week and I feel like I notice it for sure. I take it on my 7+ mile run days.
 
Same, I used one vial, noticed absolutely nothing. Have 9 more in the freezer. Maybe I'll try again some day. Same with GHK CU, one vial, no benefits whatsoever noticed. I've never been one to respond to placebo effect. Tirz on the other hand worked wonders, and of course its easy to see those results on the scale.
 
Ive just been looking throughout my gym weights spreadsheet and noticed that I've actually been doing a couple more exercises than normal probably equating another 15 minutes in the gym so I could probably say my output has increased by about 25%, just don't get the energy rush feeling.

Interesting that it's having effects you aren't noticing subjectively. I'm pretty excited to give it a shot myself, especially for cardio function
