Mots-c confusions

40 yo female here...I just started nad+ and have noticed an increase in clean energy. Nothing over the top but no afternoon tiredness. I have ss-31 on the way. I plan to run that for a week then introduce MOTSc to go for the stack method. Im hoping to skip the fatigue. 🤞
 
I started mots at 5mg twice per week, took my very first dose 10mins before going for a 5k run. Could immediately tell a difference, I wasn't really getting tired and my breathing which under much better control. Knocked out 6k instead of 5k, and could have kept going but didn't want to risk it. I've not had as much of an effect since, but I'd say about 80% of that effect, and it is 100% noticeable on my endurance when taking it. That's the only thing I'm noticing from it, it noticeably increases my endurance or how soon I get tired from different types of exercise.

I'm now taking it 3x times a week at 5mg.

I didn't run SS31 prior to taking it for 2 reasons - 1) I asked AI who should take it, and based on me exercising 7days a week and having no energy issues, it said I'm probably not the right candidate, and 2) It's pretty much the most expensive peptide I've seen, even more than Tesa - so unless it was going to grow me a 3rd leg and let me break some sort of world records at something, there's no way I was spending that much.

I didn't start with SS31 either for the exact same reasons...

I think it really just depends on where you're at with your cellular health to begin with. I have since ran it 3 times with diminishing returns. Last cycle I felt almost nothing which I'm hoping means I repaired my cellular health to a major degree. I plan on running a cycle once a year for maintenance from now on.
I wish I had done a lot more reading on this forum. I only purchased Mots-C on my last order.

I would definitely added NAD+ after reading so much about here.

Tbh reading this forum is getting huge amounts of informations and knowledge, but on the other hand it makes me confused too 😁 That's why I've opened that thread to figure out how it works on people like myself. As far as I found out it is all very individual matter depends on age, sex, activity, weight, etc.. still hesitating, but gonna place an order next week, when the communist holiday is over, so still have some time to make a decision..
 
I've been stacking Mots-c(2mg/day) with 5-amino 1mq(2.5mg/day) for 12 weeks now. I'm a 59 y.o male. My weight went from 217 to 190 today. I've seen no real decreases in strength at the gym. The bench is holding near 300 and I've gone from 2 pull-ups a year ago to 15 yesterday! I'm thrilled with the results!
 
Just finished mot c, loved it 41 male construction worker/ manager physical work mixed with logistics & people management usually by mid afternoon I would want to be left alone and work by myself to run the day out but on this I felt as if I could easily dedicate more energy to both parts of my job for the whole day 👍

I am using 2mg 4 to 5 days a week, which is edging on the high side. I plan to move to 3mg, maybe 4mg, to see what the effects are like. But I suspect 1-2 mg 4-5 days a week is where its effective range is, and anything above that is diminishing returns. Since I have been on Reta, which rehabs mitochondria, I just may not feel the same boost that other people may feel if they have more severe mitochondrial dysfunction. I still feel lagging energy, but I am less likely to take naps and power through my day even if I feel like I'm dragging.

It's not a stimulant, so it won't feel like your pre-workout.

How do you feel at the end of your workout ? The same or do you feel you could do more ?

Thats what I have noticed the most is not a burst of energy or anything prior or even during really. But I feel like I can keep going and what I am doing is much easier or slightly faster at the same effort or less effort as previous.
 
I just started Mots-C today, and my plan was to do 5mg on M,W,F as recommended by Dr ChatGPT. However, after a little more reading, I'm seeing people do 1mg/2mg daily. Is there a reason why people do it daily?

What is the timeline to start feeling the results and effects?
 
50 yo male here. 2MG, Mon-Wed-Fri with .5 MG KPV mixed in to deter ISR. Definitely not a "stimulant" boost in energy, but more of a sustained, all day energy. Basically can start the day at 6AM and get through to the evening time with out feeling burned out at the end of the day.

Did not start with SS-31 or NAD+. Also, didn't notice till the buddy pointed it out, seems to keep the hangovers away from the weekend nights. Lol

I got mine from Amazon - Nootlyn brand with a lab analysis photo (which like many pep sellers might not mean anything). I can't say if the quality is the best or not, but I opted for 5% instead of 2% and read the reviews on a lot of the options until I found one that seemed most legit. Probably not the best approach but I do feel it works.

Im on week 6 of a cycle. Started with 1mg per day in the morning fasted for 5 days in a row 2 days off but then I switched to days that I train which is usually 4-5 days per week. I experimented with dosing 1 hour before working out (around 7pm). Felt great doing this but ultimately settled on dosing in the morning.
 
I’ve been pushing 50mg every other day. But something new I pinned in my thigh today and for the first time got a really hard lump that was raised, Almost like it didn’t go deep enough. (That sound so dirty). Not to mention the stinging sensation was the worse I’ve experienced. Anyways it’s now 10 pm and lump is still there. Other than this one bad pin, I’ve experienced really good energy from it. After reading some replies I might be over doing it lol but it gets me amped . 🤷‍♀️
