More 0,25 mg Glp1 out of 1 mg pen

Hi I have startdose Ozempic 0,25 and recieved for the first 4 shots/weeks a 1mg pen. I will revieve a New pen after 4 weeks, but think in present pen is still enough Left as it was not 0,25 but 1mg pen! So is it possible to get more out of it?

4 x.25 =1

Am I missing something here?

If after 4 injections there's still some in the pen inject it and account for the difference in your new pen (example .08 left in old pen only inject .17 from new pen)

I am sorry.. I don't understand what you are asking? Do you have the click chart to help you for your dosage? You should have 4 doses in that pen.

The pen is for 4 doses of 1mg, but I am on 4 doses of 0,25 mg (Just started). The note States that there is a shortage of 0,25 mg so a get the 1 mg pen and should only click to the first Black dot. So was thinking can get more out of it and use the New pen on later moment when this pen is empty. Not sure if works like that but wish it confirmed.

So are you saying there is more left in your 1mg pen after four .25mg doses? If so, use it!

Each .25 dose is 18 clicks. Please refer to this chart for up to a 1mg pen. Once you turn the pen 18 clicks and inject the pen will reset itself for the next dose.
