We have a Testosterone thread going, but this one is personal, plus since im on probation i can only post like once per hour so its really gotta count! 😃

Dammit!!! All my brain fog, feeling tired all the time, pushing through with low energy and libido. I thought it was just cause i was fat. And today officially 101.5 pounds down and still feel all that.

I eat whole foods and protiens, stay away from unnatural sugars for the most part, work oit with stretching and weights for an hour or 2, 5 days a week. Oh and 7 to 12k steps daily by 330pm weekdays.

My muscles are hard as blocks of wood, but not growing, im yawning while trying to.lead these exercise classes, want a nap.by noon, im only 51yo? Was starting to think this was normal?

After getting back spectacular bloodwork where i went from prediabetic to not anymore, triglycerides that were off the charts to normal levels i became concerned that my energy and libido are still in the dirt, and asked for a testosterone test specifically. Came back really really low, explains SO MUCH. but then get a note from my dr saying i am in normal ranges?

Excuse me? Ive been hanging out on r/testosterone lately and no, im not in normal ranges and yes, over 50 with that low of test affects most dudes lives.

Im at a loss. Need to source a clinic or another source for test c. Ill continue getting bloodwork done, but at this point it looks like my dr. is not going to help me.

Its not like im sourcing gear to join bodybuilding competitions, im just trying to live a full life!!!

And, from everything ive read, test in my situation can be life changing, as long as I monitor it carefully.

* oh and mods, if you take me off of probation i swear on my last chances here i wont talk any further smack about any vendors no matter how i feel about them. Have learned my lesson. Also i just spent another big wad of cash at ERP even though all of thier coa's seem to be sourced from the times of ancient history... Can i say that?!?!?

Anyway, im a contributing member and i can be mostly good, ty dear for your kind consideration.
Yo. The before and after pic's are amazing. Or are the pictures reversed? lol.. And Im trying to send you a DM but the system will not let me. so ill make it public for all to see.

Not sure if you were stacking Reta and Tirz but check out this video. I know this guy is a bit over the top for sure but he has some interesting information to look in to and maybe double check the facts.

Over the top? They don't call him Quackmeyer for nothing. He has a shady past. He's even had his license suspended. Banned from the Crossfit Games for 5 years for cheating. Makes sense since he cheated so many people out of their money.

Yeah he does sound crazy but interesting information to check out. He could be 100% wrong but these claims would be worth double checking on.

Give him $25,000 he will fix all your problems
I know this guy is out there, LOL !!! But interesting thought on mitochondrial overload, lack of “rest and repair” time, excessive signaling, and potential long-term damage, theoretical based ... yes. I tend to dig / research threw the the weeds a bit.

It's wild. I KNOW that guy is a quack, and my least favorite sound is men in baseball caps and beards yelling emphatically into a microphone, so there's zero chance I will ever hear more than the 0.5 seconds of him talking that it took me to hit pause and go to the transcript. I read most of it. And again, even though I know that dude is a quack, I am suddenly certain that my tiny (1.6 mg at the most) stack of Survo and my current (3.3 mg) stack of reta against my tirz (was at 8.8, but was planning to drop to 5.5 tomorrow and keep dropping the tirz as I upped the reta) has irreperably destroyed my pancreas and liver and I am now cursed to forever be fat.

Without even bothering to watch the video , as for some reason the doctor in his title does not overcome the beefcake with a baseball cap look in terms of looking like a credible source of expert pharmaceutical knowledge. And yes I am judging by appearances. Reta and tirz combined is almost identical to a slightly higher dose of one or the other, the more reta the more glucagon agonism , the more tirz the more GIP agonism. I guess you have about twice the chance of an unpleasant allergic reaction causing a rash, taking both instead of one, but it is pretty hard to see any obvious disadvantages otherwise assuming the source is grey and cheap. A bit more complicated and slightly higher chances of dosing errors, but by that stage most people will have worked that stuff out. And by using both you can sometimes achieve a better balance of weight control/hunger suppression versus side effects. My logic of adding some reta to 15mg of tirz was I had almost no side effects from the tirz so I did not want to risk swapping over to it and wanted more weight reduction/hunger control, seems to be working.

Wow! That was painful to watch!! It seems he is saying stacking tirz and Reta as well as high dose Reta causes problems. Blood tests would pick up evidence of many of the problems he speaks of. AST, ALT liver enzymes, cortisol, and even some mitochondria blood tests would quickly tell if that is happening.

I am interested in ostarine, there was an interesting study on it combined with semiglutide at very low doses, showing very little muscle loss with doses of 3mg. I have not found a place yet with pills that has it in stock. At that dose it works out to be ridiculously cheap , but getting 3mg out of 25mg pills is going to be a pain. Do you mind answering what dose you are using?
Yep!

“Ostarine” has been floating around for years, MK-2866 on random research sites, treated like some underground discovery… when in reality it’s the same compound later formalized as (renamed) Enobosarm (GTx-024), which already went through legit clinical trials and came up short on FDA endpoints?

Now Veru dusts it off (again) and says:

“What if we use it to preserve muscle during GLP-1 weight loss and sell for $$$$"

And suddenly it’s not “research chem SARM” anymore but a potential prescription drug with a defined indication and an insurance billing pathway.

One lives in the gray market… the other goes through the FDA, IP strategy, and clinical endpoints.
