Does anyone have information on using BPC and TB near the site of an injury vs a general injection of it?

Reason I'm asking is take a dose of klow daily, but, I've got some inflammation currently around a few the facet joints in my back, and potentially some aggravation around the ac joint in my shoulder that have had surgery previously.

The back was terrible, but is now getting better, and the shoulder plays up now and then, but I was wondering if there is any real benefit to injecting locally vs systemic. There's no real fat to inject into around either of these problem areas either which I didn't know would be an issue either.

I tried researching it but I can't find much real world info on this, just a lot of 'maybe's - do any of you have any good/bad info on doing locals after doing systemic?

I'm not even sure BPC or TB would actually have any effect on my issues local or not vs taking general anti inflammatories, but for all I know I might be already recovering way faster than normal by having the daily klow anyway.

Anecdotally, I have noticed relief of bpc/tb blend injected near injury. From shoulder to lower back to knee. Knee was difficult, but injected in fatty skin fold just above knee.

And as a mountain biker, im essentially always injured so I have a pretty good idea on my normal recovery times and have noticed close to half recovery time with site injections.

I used BPC in both ways and found more benefit using it locally for my rotator cuff. TB is to be used systemically for most of my usage but over the last two doses every 3 days, I use IGF-DES and put all 3 locally.

My take is locally will work systemically just as well as systemically will work systemically.

I put it SQ in my abdomen and thigh to the benefit of my shoulders and elbow.

I know Dr's aren't popular on here, as we're doctoring for ourselves so to speak. This guy is not my Dr, I just like the way he breaks information down and makes things so you can understand it. He actually does prescribe peptides for his patients in the regenerative Medicine space. Listen to 41:20 - 43:40, I tend to believe him and just do Sub-Q.

Thanks for all your replies.

@RubbaDubba1 thanks for that video, really interesting (apart from the annoying lady), and him talking about it not passing the fascia makes sense. Sounds like for me, based on what he's said, the best time for me to take BPC+TB would be before I go to the gym or go for a run, when I'd actually been taking it before bed.
