我认为用“发货错误”比“诈骗”更合适。花同样的钱买到价值六倍的东西，怎么能叫诈骗呢？你仍然可以配制它，并从中提取10毫克。例如，如果你用3毫升的苯扎氯铵溶液配制，那么每0.5毫升就应该含有10毫克。如果你想每次注射2.5毫克，那么1毫升注射器里的12.5单位就相当于2.5毫克。剩下的50毫克（溶于2.5毫升苯扎氯铵溶液中）怎么办？送给别人或者直接扔进垃圾桶。你自己决定。如果我是你，我会联系供应商，告诉他们他们犯了错误。但我不会去投诉。

I expect that whomever was printing the labels changed the top line and forgot to change the bottom. Let’s hope they were not that lax when manufacturing this . The other thing I thought is maybe it’s a customs thing? Who knows. I will update when I get a response

I think shipping fault is a much better word choise than scam. You can't call it a scam when you get 6 times more value for your money. You can still constitute it and use 10 mg out of it. For instance if you constitute it with 3ml BAC water, each 0.5ml should contain 10 mg. If you want to inject 2.5mg each time, 12.5 units on a 1 ml syringe is equal to that. What will happen with the rest 50mg in 2.5ml BAC? Make somebody else happy or just throw it in trash. Your choice. In your place I should contact the supplier and tell that they have made a mistake. But never complain about it.

TR60 implies 10x60mg vials

The label shows 10x10mg vials. He didn’t get a free 500mg, he was shorted 500mg.

Can someone please help me figure out if I have been partially scammed here? This label is throwing me.

The problem is I don’t know how much is in each vial as it is labeled both 60mg and 10mg. I certainly won’t pin the entire contents I will reconstitute with 3 ml bac and pin 50 units to get what I hope is a 10mg dose. And I paid the TR60 prince so I am not getting 6 times the value and may be getting 1/6 the value.

Make a picture of the vial showing the powder in it and place it here. It is a big amount difference. We can't say how many mg is the content. But at least tell you if it can be 10 mg or much more

I paid for 2 kits of TR60 apparently I am not allowed to mention cost as it flagged my response when I did

The size of the puck has absolutely nothing to do with the mg of active ingredient. It's varying amounts of filler.

Just back from work. Have been working from 04:30 until 18:00. Saw only TR60. See 10mg x 10 vials now.

10mg and 60mg will be the same amount of powder you can’t go by that

The difference in 10mg and 60mg of the tirzepitide peptide itself is .03-.05ml.

That’s 3-5 units on a typical insulin syringe.

I will assume it’s 60mg and test it with my regular 10mg dose and see if it’s effective. I should be able to tell. Also like I said I will be interested to see what the response is. Sucks to be all excited to get your shipment and then kinda have your balloon deflated

I don't use syringe. But have it at home. Just checked it. You are right. 1mg syringe is divided in 50 units. Not 100 as I thought. I can beter take a little bit rest first, than react!
