I prefer honesty thanks so much. How long after the dose did you feel the need to wear 2 pairs of underwear? Wondering if I should start on a Friday so I have the weekend in case there are any accidents LOL

I wouldn't assume that you will get diarrhea. I just read someone who posted that they get constipation with reta. It's a possibility. I believe it took a while before I experienced any diarrhea.
