Anyone pinning KPV twice daily?

I pin GHK-cu/KPV in the evening 2mg/0.4mg, and I've added another KPV 0.4mg in the morning as well.

Anyone else or am I alone in this extra experiment? 🙃

I do 500 mcg once a day in the evening. Makes me a little drowsy. But I'm not researching KLOW atm.

I don't remember the number but, studies show you can dose a shockingly large quantity of KPV daily. Almost no strange side effects.

I take 1mg KPV daily in the morning.

I do now . I am now cycling the kpv tho, about two weeks a month…. Kpv for breakfast, and before bed, and mid morning I pin GHK-cu/basic/Kpv blend.

Hey! May I ask what is your ratio in the Cu/Basic/KPV blend? Also, what's your dosing? If you don't mind my asking.

I really need to address inflammation beyond the GHKs and Tirz.

Thank you.

Cu - 50mg

basic - 50mg

kpv - 30mg

BAC - 6ml

Taking a 20unit pin which is about 1.65 of the ghk's and 1 mg KPV.

Also 1mg KPV in morning and one at night.

I don't mind telling you but I often feel like I talk too much about myself online. <sigh>

Thank you. From the outside looking in, I don't see someone who talks about themselves too much here. 😊

May I ask why you are doing it separately instead of the klow stack ?.

The reason I ask is my partner is interested in GHkCU but I’m considering getting her the klow because of the KPV benefits too.

Mrs. NYD was alarmed enough due to the POTENTIAL correlation between angiogenesis and neoplasia that she did not want to take BPC157 or TB500. She has a deep family history of cancer - lost a grandparent and a sibling in the same year due to cancer.

Forgive my ignorance but what’s basic?

That would be GHK-Basic. It is copperless. It blends with the excess copper ions in the GHK-cu and conveniently reduces the sting.

Additionally:

Signaling Molecule for Tissue Repair : GHK Basic acts as an endogenous signal released during tissue injury, triggering processes like fibroblast migration and gene expression changes related to repair and regeneration. It is found in human plasma, saliva, and urine, with levels declining from ~200 ng/mL at age 20 to ~80 ng/mL at age 60.

Potent Antioxidant Activity : GHK Basic is a powerful scavenger of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and cytotoxic byproducts of lipid peroxidation (e.g., acrolein and 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal). At 10µM, it can reduce ROS levels by nearly 50% in cells. Its ability to quench hydroxyl radicals is stronger than that of glutathione (GSH), a major cellular antioxidant.

Anti-Inflammatory Effects : In cellular models, GHK Basic reduces the expression of key pro-inflammatory cytokines like TNF-α and IL-6. It modulates inflammatory pathways, including NF-κB and p38 MAPK signaling, which are central regulators of the body's inflammatory response.

Copper Homeostasis and Gene Regulation : While GHK Basic itself is copper-free, its primary biological function is intrinsically linked to copper. Its histidine residue has a high affinity for copper (II) ions, allowing it to act as a natural copper carrier. It modulates the expression of over 4,000 human genes, influencing pathways involved in tissue remodeling, oxidative stress response, and inflammation. Its gene-regulating effects are often studied in comparison to its copper-bound form.

Thank you for explaining this! I’m going to suss out my vendors and see if any of them have it. I like the idea of less sting/ISR!

I just started twice a day a couple days ago. 750mcg each time. Pinched nerve in my neck and lower back spasms plus upcoming car and plane rides I couldn’t avoid lol. Back spasms gone in about 24 hours and neck improving as well already, I expected both to take longer. No sides that I’ve noticed.
