Anyone here tried running KPV twice a day for inflammation?

I’ve been doing it once a day and I feel pretty good on it, but it feels like there might still be some room for improvement. Thinking about bumping it to twice daily to see if it helps more.

Also, I'm dealing with some Achilles tendonitis and BHP, so I would love to hear if anyone noticed a difference with that specifically. Thanks.

KPV is pretty forgiving. I ran 500 mcg every day for 3 months and took a month off. It has an excellent safety profile and some protocols show up to 2 mg daily. I'd take the path of minimum effective dose, and what works best for your tendonitis. Dosing twice a day shouldn't be an issue for acute inflammation.

IME I got better tendonitis relief from BPC157/TB500 than KPV .. though I like KPV as well.

I found this very informative on this subject. https://pep-pedia.org/peptides/kpv

I already find daily pinning a really high bar. Multiple times a day is definitely not for me!

I thought I would be more against it when I started this but I really don't mind. Crazy for a guy with such a big phobia against getting jabbed.

I'm impressed! I thought I'd struggle with once weekly Tirz and particularly with pens that's nothing now. I tried some daily and it was manageable but not my favorite thing to do. I'd manage twice a day if I really needed to for something clearly meaningful but still not on my radar for something more questionable.

Nobody likes to pin everyday but you get used to it after a while, mind over matter.

I've only been on KPV for 6 days and still have to get up during the night to pee but have noticed a stronger flow. I also have a lump on my Achilles tendon that seems to be getting smaller. Not big changes but I hope the stuff will actually help out somewhat. I'm 73 years old. After 500mcg a day for 20 days I think I will quit, already tired of the daily pinning. Once a week on Reta is enough for me.

It has a ultra short half life in the blood like most unmodified peptides - a few minutes, it will not get absorbed instantly though, and is likely not to be degraded quite as fast in the subcutaneous tissues as in the bloodstream, so effective half life from absorption time might be half an hour to a few hours, so from that perspective more frequent dosing makes sense. For a lot of endogenous peptides doses are typically many orders of magnitude higher than those naturally present , so it may not need those high doses for long periods to have effects, just infrequent high dose pulses, which is what you would get from daily dosing.

I did look into KPV as there is some evidence of it working in ulcerative colitis, but all the research in the end was focused on KPV with other molecules stuck to it to make it survive a trip through the gut, and almost nothing on KPV on its own.

Other than that the actual human clinical trial evidence is sadly non existent. So no real science on dosing in humans.
