Hi there! I’ve been on Tirz for about a year and am considering adding a few other peptides. I’ve read through prior threads but still have some unanswered questions and would appreciate any insight

Goals: Improve skin tone and firmness (face, arms, legs), support joint health, and enhance overall well-being - basically combatting normal age-related changes.

Background: Late 40s, female. Developed mild rosacea and skin sensitivity a year ago. Also prone to possible histamine-type reactions (welting from mosquito bites, hives from an Amazon brand vitamin, occasional mild facial flushing from high-histamine foods).

Peptides: Looking at KPV, GHK-Cu, and Glutathione. Avoiding BPC-157 and GLOW/KLOW for now due to angiogenesis concerns and a family history of cancer.

Questions:

Of these three (KPV, GHK-Cu, and Glutathione), which makes the most sense to start with?

Would trying KPV and GHK-Cu together help blunt potential histamine reactions, or just make it harder to identify the culprit if something flares up?

What’s a reasonable interval or adaptation period before adding the next peptide?

Thanks in advance - I’m trying to do as much research as possible before jumping in.

I have seen where people have introduced GHK first for a couple weeks at 2.5mg/day. Then went with the KPV at .5mg per day and see how you react. With your history, I’d be careful in the interim of adding things to make sure you can pinpoint reactions and DC immediately!

I hope it does what you hope it does!

Did you end up trying GHK? I'm similar to you. I started NAD a few weeks ago, doing fine. I had an allergic reaction to Reta a month ago, switched back to Tirz. Tried GHKcu last night, had immediate redness on my left drink surrounding injection, and today a couple spots of hives elsewhere on my body. Wondering how to proceed... I'd love to know if you found any way to make it work.

Recon with a lot of bac water. I recon with 5ml or more. Some people add lidocaine to their pin. Some people add KPV.

After 2 vials of Cu, I mixed my current alloquet with GHK-Basic. 100mg in 5ml bac. Been easyto pin.

Yeah, I always recon my GHK-cu with 6 ml of bac water. I don't trust that I wouldn't get even more frequent ISR if I used any less (and oddly, adding more makes me think I'd be diluting it too much, so for now that's my preferred volume).
