Is anyone aware of a supplier that is manufacturing or selling Klotho-Derived Peptide 1 (KP1). Have been reading about the Klotho protein and age related neuro disease. Higher levels have been shown to be neuro-protective. Results suggest that protection offered by klotho may be age dependent, supporting further investigation into klotho-based interventions to preserve cognitive function with aging and against AD risk

I read that study and it's quite interesting. I did a search and found this supplier: https://www.tocris.com/products/klotho-derived-peptide-1_7830

It's $189 for 1mg and I know nothing about them. That study is also fairly recent, so the manufacturers will need time to ramp up, if it's feasible.

Jay Campbell and Biolong

Jay Campbell and Biolongevity Labs are marketing it. Not a fan of his, but it is what it is.

$559 for 100 mcg? Yikes. Sounds like him.

Jay Campbell has got such strong used car salesman vibes he could compliment you and somehow, you’d still check your credit score afterward. Even his trust me on this nonsense sounds like there is a "limited time warranty" attached to it.

I'd much rather take the word from some of the fine, upstanding people on this forum any day. Just my thoughts.

Listen, what’s it gonna take to get you to take this peptide off the lot and into your research protocol today?

SOLD! 😉

From a 2 second lookup dose was 1mg/kg in a rodent study, so super simple conversion is 1/10 to human equivalent so 0.1mg/kg per dose or 7mg per 70 kg human dose. So even if the 1mg for $189 is for 10 x 1mg it might be a bit impractically expensive. Otherwise over $1000 per dose is a bit extreme. Of course anyone trying to sell it will tailor the suggested dose in their "protocol" to the doses actually available irrespective of any science.

Klotho does sound fascinating, I don't think there is any actual human therapeutic use studies yet either.

The special pricing for the Klotho TruCoat" rustproofing/warranty package, It's installed at the factory. But I'll knock a $100 dollars off.

It's only 30 amino acids long, can we request a grey vendor to manufacture it? I suppose probably could if we want 100 kits.

Turns out a blood pressure medication called telmisartan (as well as losartan) upregulate Klotho. You might want to look into that. Here's a read (linked).
Interesting info, I've been seeing Jay Campbell and his side kick gorilla scientist pushing his klotho on social media.

Facts. Interested in Klotho Not at this price. I mean damn already. Peptides for the 1%? I've gotta believe someone's gonna bring this to grey.

Also interested in something that guy has and talks about-- FLGR242. Anyone have any info on this one beyond Jay?
