It occurred to me I started right before Halloween last year.

52 weeks of tirz, then tirz and Reta, then Reta, then back to tirz and now tirz and survo. Starting weight was 275-285 I don’t get a good starting weight. Currently sitting about 204lb so we’ll call it 75lbs lost in 52 weeks or an average of 1.44lb/week. Not bad at all.

Congratulations!

Why did you switch back to tirz and what was the effect after being on Reta?

Interesting path ypu took. I did read reta didn't work for you alone? I haven't heard of it not working ? And now tirz and survo? I've heard of survo. What's it doing for you with tirz and why did you stop tirz in the first place if it was working?

Just curious
