This evening, I went on the internet looking for my first kit for my Retatrutide journey and found a tremendous amount of Generic and brand pens/kits then I stumbled across Jet Injectors, so my immediate thought let’s create my first discussion on GLP1forum, someone there should have gave it a try..

There’s been discussion before.

I’ll stick with cheap, boring, predictable, and effective syringes.

I tried to find discussions related to this subject but I guess I didn’t use the correct terminology, I wonder what supplies do you guys use?

TBH I have a mild trypanophobia

My main peptide pin is Easy Touch, .3ml 30ga, 5/16”, .5ml 29ga 1/2” for oil. I have a variety of options on hand, like 1ml 30ga if the injection volume won’t fit in .3ml.

I stopped doing TRT after the third week several years ago because of the anxiety and pain of IM injections in my thigh.

After 6 months of peptides, SC injections are not big deal. I’ve had as many as 8 in a day.

The new generation of jet injectors are an expensive option and actually not all that practical.

If you don't like the idea of syringes, you can look into in regular injector pens. The Gansulin auto is my favorite. Just pin and click. I'm running 4 of them daily.

Those small pen needles you don't even feel, you'll have to look to see if it's in 🫣

There is lots of info about pens on this forum you can look into. Enjoy!

I've seen them too, and I'm interested in hearing what people have experimented.

What’s holding me back from trying it is that there are 3 different types of adapters, and it seems to be standardized for lab-made insulin vials. I have no idea how to prepare the injector, there’s no clarification on whether it’s truly subcutaneous. and the cartridges are 20 times more expensive than vials for pen with needles.

FYI, I use 32G 4mm BD, and it slides in like a charm.

How do you guys decide to go with any of those sizes? Trying to figure out what size works for me

Almost anything works for injecting water.

30g draws faster than 31g

Length doesn’t matter much for water and normal volumes.

Barrel volume to fit the dose for easier, more accurate measuring.

Last week I think it was, I accidentally used a 29g 1/2” .5ml for water instead of the 30g 1/2” 1ml. Didn’t realize until I didn’t have the 29g for another injection.
