Thats insane! Happy for ya sista! You must be doing triathalons in your spare time.
Not quite, my knees are shot after two decades of obesity and a youth spent downhill skiing military marching, and horse jumping...but I am outside a lot, doing chores and riding wherever and whenever I want...loving retired life.

Absolutely amazing, you look so happy & that makes me happy 🥰 your skin looks fantastic too considering how much you’ve lost!
Thank you. Considering I'm down almost 175lbs, I am surprised that I only have a little excess skin on my tummy. Part genetics? part peptide stack?

I feel like ghkcu would be helping if you’ve been on that too. I started with 12kg to lose (4 down, huzzah!) but already had really loose skin around my stomach from carrying a monster 9 pound 6 child over 7 years ago. I’ve noticed that the wrinkly ball sack of a stomach is actually less wrinkled !!

That is awesome. I have also been slathering castor oil blended with olive oil on my tummy and I see some improvement from that as well...could just be plumping up the skin more to hide the wrinkles, but I'll take it. I do the same on my face, only use rosehip oil as the carrier oil...and not quite so much

Wow 😀 That is excellent progress, you have lost more than half of your body weight. I don't have any before pictures of myself because I always moved out of the way of anyone taking pictures. I didn't want to see proof of what I looked like. It's life changing to find something that helps the obese feel normal again. I tried exercise, starving myself, and ozempic. None of it had any effect until I got on Reta. You went the extra mile after surgery, my hat is off to you for sticking to it. Good Job 👍

Thank you...geez don't we all seem to know about that yo yo diet regime. Well anyone who has carried extra weight for long periods does.

I've probably lost an accumulative 500-600lbs over the past two decades only to regain and then some. Only when I kept myself in a complete calorie deficit and exercised like it was a full time job could I hope to keep the weight off...but that's not living, it's slavery.

Makes me want to bitch-slap the "well just willpower, exercise and count calories" crowd. 😆 Duh, you don't think we've tried that...morons.

My bariatric doctor at the Mayo Clinic told me straight up, people who are obese and lose weight through diet and exercise alone have a 95% regain rate. Bariatric surgery improves the odds significantly, but still not in our favor. GLPs are life changing. For the first time, I feel like I may just have a handle on maintenance.

Don't know how the hell I missed this?

Good on you FGR!!

Are you calling it maintenance or are you still shrinking? 😎
