Hi everyone, I’d appreciate any input you may have to offer on this subject.

I changed over from Tirzepatide to Reta slowly & took low dose Reta gradually increasing until some effect was noted @ 13 units though small food noise was still present, have added Cagri to 20 units over 5 weeks & food noise has reduced adequately.

I’m having irregular heart rate issues so what to do about this is my quandary.

Can anyone help please.

You could try taurine to help and make sure you are getting electrolytes. Imbalances can throw your heart off.

Tell us how much you took in grams. Units doesn't tell us anything unless you also tell us the concentration of the solution; even then we don't want to do the math.

I had irregular heart beats for quite a while and my cardiologist tried a number of meds. Eventually landed on Flecainide which worked immediately at half the dose the doc prescribed.

New onset of irregular heartbeat? If you have not had it before and had it diagnosed, then this requires urgent attention. if you feel unwell at all then go to emergency department, if any degree of breathlessness or chest pain, then call ambulance, it is not safe to drive, and straight to hospital. If you feel fine then medical appointment and ECG today and the ECG needs to be looked at today. If you cannot get the medical appointment today, then hospital emergency department. It may not be something serious, but the only way to find this out is to seek treatment immediately.

As a precaution, I bought a KardiaMobile device which is an FDA-cleared personal EKG. I have bradycardia and occasional heart palpitations so I plan to use the device when/if I transition to reta. The app will provide an analysis of the EKG results.
