Does anyone have any experience with ipamorelin by itself? I know the common thing is to run it with some form of CJC and I’ve researched that enough.

I know that a lot of people have good results with CJC/IPA but the histamine reactions scare the living shit outta me. I looked into it and my conclusion is that the reactions are from the CJC part and not the IPA.

So does anyone have experience with just Ipamorelin? Did you still get the sleep benifits, igf-1 increase? Also feel free to poke holes in my theory of CJC being the reason for the histamine reactions.

I had the same thought recently but couldn't find anything useful. I do know (or heard I should say) that Ipamorelin when it was first being compounded it was quite popular and off that there should be some info out there, the issue is that stuff is from the late 1990s and I cant find anything on it by itself. But to go full circle on that some things that we can assume biased off what it would do alone would be the following in my mind:

Better sleep

Hungrier

Increased IGF-1

But in reality that would just be a educated guess biased off its mechanisms/how it works. Only reason I looked into this was me being dumb and not doing research and buying 3 kits of Ipamorelin and 3 kits of Tesamorelin not realizing that Ipamorelin is dosed anywhere from a 1/3rd to a 1/6th of Tesamorelin not 1:1 lol

Yeah I feel like I’ve seen things about ipa alone but I can’t remember where. I’ve also heard that it has the best sleep benefits out of cjc/ipa/tesa.

Idk though I might just go straight to hgh. I have a while to decide though as I want to lose about 20 lbs to get my insulin in check before I start messing with gh stuff.

Yeah, I’m in the same boat. Currently on reta and lost a lot of weight, but also quite a bit of muscle. I mainly want the strongest combo possible without going the extreme HGH or TRT route.

From my research, Ipamorelin alone seems a bit pointless. It’s very short acting, around 2 hours, and apparently needs to be timed properly, like post-workout and before sleep, to really get benefits from the GH pulses.

I’ve read that most people seem to get the best results from a Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin combo instead of IPA solo. Curious what people here think and what kind of results you actually noticed for muscle retention, recovery, sleep, and gym performance while cutting.

I just bought a kit of Tesa/Ipa blend. I'm going to run it for 50 days @ 2 mg/.6 mg daily, evenings.

Ipamorelin is a ghrehlin agonist, which means it stimulates appetite and promostes weight gain. It will make you hungrier, which in turn might raise IGF1. There are some studies on it, and you'll need far more than the standard 200-300mcg to get a response. There are studies that show antagonistic effects of ghrelin agonists vs GLP1 agonists, which seems to make sense.

Basic pharmacology is very similar to tesamorelin, cheaper, less human studies.
This statement is wrong. As stated above it is a gh releasing hormone agent but also a ghrelin agonist, so is quite different to tesamorelin.

Thanks! My primary goal is weight loss so I’ll probably skip the ipa. Now just whether or not to take tesa or go straight to the real stuff.

Whats your baseline igf-1 and z-score?

IGF - 161 ng/mL

Z-score .2
You passed the first test 🙂

Tesa was awful for me side effect wise. Since it's marginally more legal than HGH lots of people try it but it's expensive, less effective, and has notable severe reaction potential as well as highly variable impact on sleep. While I haven't taken the step to HGH myself yet, I have not seen similar negative reports there.

Yeah those are the reasons why I am thinking about just going hgh route now. My last hope was ipa but no dice.
