Greetings from Oregon,
I started triz 2 weeks ago.
But my journey started over 2 years ago when I got diagnosed with T2D with an A1C of 13.5. This was caused (I think) by prescription Prednisone for an upper respiratory infection.
I was able to reverse it on my own with diet and exercise by running everyday and eating better and got to an A1C of 5.6 in 3 months.
The metformin didn't agree with me (cramping) and I wanted to find a better way. I couldn't afford the name brand glp1 and only recently found compounding pharmacy alternatives.
I still have insulin resistance and an going to attempt to restore my mitochondrial health.
