Greetings everyone. I'm glad to have found this place.
I've been on Reta for 5 weeks because my mom, who is in her late 70s, talked me in to trying it. I was very skeptical aboit GLP-1s but she is a health and wellness inspiration (some might say a little nutty). She doesn't take a single medication, walks a couple of miles a day, rebounds, and goes to the gym. Over the last decade, life has lifed in ways that have made me ever more neglectful of my weight and health and she has done everything in her power to get me to care. She started experimenting with peptides and became an enthusiastic convert and after much dragging and nagging, here I am.
I hope to get to my goal weight in the next year and to try to resolve longstanding pain from several athletic injuries when I was younger. Most of all, I want for my mom to turn 80 without having to worry about having to bury me first. I am hopeful that I can do it for the first time in years.
I look forward to reading and learning as much as possible. I appreciate any new to Reta stories that you care to share
