Back around 2012, a crippling drug addiction developed within me. In 2016 however, I was able to get help at the age of 20 and have stayed clean since. The last decade has given me much to grow from and learn. One thing however, stayed the same. My physical health.
For the longest time I worked at improving every aspect of my life that I could. Only last year did I start improving my physical health though. In early 2025 I began a journey of weight loss and weight lifting. I started going to my university gym five days a week and started to see results. The weight training paired with calorie counting made an ENORMOUS difference in my physique. This grew a deep interest and passion within me for physical health. I love seeing my body change, especially considering how overweight I was in the beginning.
Like many others, Peptides have been popping up in discussions, social media, and other places around me. This piqued my interest. It didn't take long before I found this forum. I’ve yet to dip my toes into this yet but am excited for the journey!
Also, chiming in from Alabama =)
