Like many others, I nixed glps as something I didn't need, and couldn't afford. I had, after all, lost over 100 pounds...twice...using only calorie counting and exercise. I just needed to get back on track. On track previously required being very hungry eating less than 1200 calories and walking approximately 10 miles a day. And before that it was smoking, eating approximately 1000 calories a day, and riding 5-7 horses.

But losing weight as a perimenopausal woman proved to be more difficult than my previous efforts. I was calorie counting, I was moving, and I was hungry.

I had gained 50lbs over the past 1.5yrs.

My boss had lost weight using Tirz, but I knew that for years. It wasn't until I saw my neighbor -a very large 50-something man- had lost a noticeable amount of weight in a very short period of time, and I know his dietary habits and that he drives the 150 feet to the mailbox, that I went wait a minute! Then I saw the refrigerated hims box show up on his steps that I knew if he could do it, so could I 😂😂😂

Now two months in, approximately 25lbs down using a telehealth, and here I am, exploring the world of peps, crypto l, and grey. Happy to be here!!
