Hi Everyone,

I stumbled across this forum and it seems like an absolute gold mine so I'm delighted to be here.

I'm a 40 year old man and was always athletic in my youth. Unfortunately as I've gotten older things have gotten harder. I have a high stress but very sedentary job, being tied to a desk for 12 hours at a time. A year ago I had my testosterone level checked and they were incredibly low, this accounted for a lot of the symptoms I was feeling and probably contributed to the weight I had been gaining for years. I went on to TRT whilst being really strict with my diet and really pushing my training in the gym.

I've found that if my daily calories are over 1600 I just can't lose weight. That wasn't sustainable and despite some early progress my weight is back up to where I was before I started and I couldn't maintain the training.

I have been considering GLP1 medications for some time but the monthly costs get prohibitive, especially factoring in my existing TRT.

When I found the forum I knew I had a way forward and felt immediately optimistic. But there is so much I don't know yet. How to calculate the reconstituted dosages and I just learned about filtering as well! Also what dosages in the kits to look at and how to store them pre and post recon. There's so much to learn but I can't wait to start and take back control of my health!

Hopefully I can contribute some things as well as we go along, I'm really knowledgeable in both nutrition and exercise so looking forward to being able to give back.

So now that I've introduced myself, where would everyone recommend that I start my educational journey!
