Hey everyone, new member here. Been soaking up the forum info for the last few weeks. My sister has had success with reta so I decided to try it after looking more into it.
Just wanted to introduce myself and share that I'm almost on week 3 of retatrutide (1.5mg every 5 days) and for the first time since I was probably 12 years old, I feel like my food noise is quieted. It's an incredible feeling of freedom for me. I still get pretty hungry and enjoy food, but I don't have to force myself to stop. Since I was young, my appetite gets so out of control and I eat very fast. So far Reta has made it much easier to eat slower and not over eat.
Here are my stats so far:
Age: Late 30s, Male
Height: 5'10"
Starting Weight: 185 lbs
Current Loss: 2 lbs
As for side effects, I've had nearly zero negative sides so far, other than trusting my farts a bit less. I do often feel like I'm on the verge of having heartburn, but I'm yet to actually have anything come up and burn. RHR is elevated by about 5-7 BPM.
So glad I found this community.
