Hi all, Im a 66 year old retired guy from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I'm a grandfather of four, a father of two, and a writer and photographer. I have always been in pretty good shape, a gym rat of over 50 years, former college football player, and pretty active. As I turned 62, I developed some health issues that really set me back, and I put on forty plus pounds and became sedentary. At 64 I started on Ozempic and was on for about 6 months, lost most of the forty lbs I had packed on, and got serious about taking care of myself. After being unable to afford the semaglutide, I continued to workout but put on 10 lbs I couldn't take off. I began Retatrutide last week, still working out and eating clean. Im planning on losing 30 lbs, trying to keep my muscle mass, and know the long term benefits of glp1 are significant. Im looking to add KLOW end of the month. Im excited to be moving forward and thanks to everyone for letting me participate.
