Hello! I am new to the peptide world, my journey started 1 week from tomorrow. I have been through the rollercoaster that is STG, then to Reddit, and now here for hopefully some less censored discussions. I very much look forward to being a part of this community, forums have always brought be more joy and help than reddit or other resources.
The plan is for me to drop 30-40lbs from 227 down to 180-190. I have been in ok shape on and off most of my life but the last year I have been a slob while my wife was pregnant. Put on like 30lbs over the last year. It's time to do something about it but getting older (39), is proving difficult to lose weight like I used to, and that brought me to the Reta rabbit hole. So far, it's working great to suppress my appetite and if all goes well, the wife wants to partake when shes finished breastfeeding. So that's my goal here is to learn from this place and hopefully become a useful contributing member down the road.
