Kinda glad for this intro post requirement honestly, because it’s helpful to practice figuring out where all the site navigation and posting capabilities are.
Funny aside, I’m relaxing on my couch and I just turned my head to see a Zepbound commercial on TV. (I have ADHD, you’ll all either get used to that or help me figure out what substances might mitigate it.)
Anyhoo… Middle aged female here doing my level best not to look like I’m middle aged. This is where the GLP1s come in. I work out and jog regularly but could definitely benefit from some help with body recomp. That, and I have weird blood sugar problems that I won’t go into that I’m trying to solve. Been on a GLP1 for a month for the first time.
So, I’m just plain new but willing to learn.
And now there is an aesthetic injectables commercial on the TV. Oh, randomly on Anger Management channel.
Let’s see, what else can I say about myself? I work a white collar desk jockey job that requires a certain amount of travel every now and again. I’ve lived on the East Coast all my life. I have two dogs and a cat.
