Hi!
My name is Alex and I probably have diabetes along with diabetes foot (never diagnosed, how many ppl hate the doctor?). I have been studying GLP's in-depth for most of 2025. I took my first pin of retatrutide on NOV 18, 2025 and loving it. Started microdosing at .25mg every 5 days, which was ineffective for me after 2 week I went to a .5 shot, and it worked but I was unhappy. I found a GLP concentration plotter, and I changed my dose to .33mg every 3 days. This kept the concentration at .9mg-1.02mg, and that made me much happier. After a 6wk run, I just doubled my dose to .66mg every 3 days, we'll see how it goes. Keeps the blood sugar down. Still a bit too high in the morning though. As for weight, I never weighed myself. Still haven't, my bad. Prior to this I have been 250 pounds my entire life (6'2", 60yrs now) but the visual effect is obvious in my face and belly. Thank,s Reta!
