Hi!
Been very curiously watching all the developments around peptides over recent years and finally getting to the stage now where I feel like I'm ready to dip my toes into the market myself.
I've been an avid gym-rat for a long time but always struggled to get really lean, it's always felt like my baseline is too high for that or my genetics just suck. I have no issue with gym-discipline, but long-term diet discipline has always been a struggle and I really have to cut a ton of calories just to make a dent once I get below a certain weight. I usually do a yearly blood test, things are usually all in the green though I do want to try and improve my cholesterol levels a bit due to having high lipoprotein a. That's down to genetics, unfortunately, but I can at least try and make sure everything else is in better order so it can cause fewer problems.
The best success I've had with weight loss over the years has been water fasts, with a couple of 5-day fasts on top of intermittent fasting. But it's still always a massive struggle as soon as I get below 20% bodyfat. And that's why I'm looking into peptides, specifically Reta. My thinking is working up to the smallest dose necessary to get the scales moving in my favor, while trying to retain as much muscle as possible (I know all about needing to keep hitting protein targets and keep up the gym work).
The biggest uncertainty about all of this is, of course, the market itself. I checked a few "swedish" sites before ending up here, crazy prices and I got burned on the first one I decided to pull the trigger on, so that's a worry as well.
Vendors, terminology, the panic of needing to order something that's frowned upon to an address that's going to be linked to me (don't think there's a way around that in Sweden). But I guess this is all the same sort of uncertainty everyone else goes through when they first end up in a place like this.
So yeah.. looking forward to seeing where this all goes!
