Glad I stumbled on this forum. I'm a 53 years old, 5'11" male from Michigan. I've been on Retatrutide since early March and honestly it's been a game-changer so far — I started at 317 lbs and I'm currently sitting at 280, so about 37 lbs down in roughly 8 weeks. My goal is to get to 185 by the end of the year, which is ambitious but feels achievable for the first time in a long time.
I'm currently at 3mg and have been pairing the protocol with about 2,000 calories a day and lifting weights three times a week. The appetite suppression has been real and the scale has been moving consistently, so I can't complain.
I joined primarily to learn more about Retatrutide specifically — dosing experiences, titration timelines, what others have noticed at higher doses, side effect management, that kind of thing. There's a lot of noise out there and I'd rather learn from people who are actually in the trenches with this stuff.
Looking forward to reading through the existing posts and getting to know the community.
