Hello, 32 year old gal from the Chicago area checking in. I just started Tirz for the first time about a half hour ago! I started my weight loss in late 2024 and dropped a significant amount from CICO alone, but in the last year have been stagnating in my progress and zigzagging back and forth. Finally accepted that I need some extra help to take control of my health, so here we are.
