I am an aussie mum living in Vietnam. I have recently become single and decided its time to get my health in order. I tried ozempic compound last year for 2 months and had minor improvements. I started Retatrutide early April purchased from a trainer at a local gym. I am doing 1mg once a week. Had my 3rd dose and so far down 1.2kg. Feeling rather bloated and had skin irriation which seems to have resolved itself. I have about 20 kgs to lose but in no rush as long as it keeps going in the right direction.
