Hey everyone,

33-year-old male here, new to GLPs and excited to learn from others on a similar journey.

A little background on me. About 10 years ago I went all-in on keto and stuck with it for roughly 7 years. During that time I went from around 320 lbs down to 200 lbs and felt great.

Then life happened. I went through a rough breakup, fell off keto, and slowly drifted back into old habits. Too many pizzas, too many late-night snacks, and a lot of emotional eating. The weight didn't come back overnight, but over the next few years it all crept back on.

I stopped weighing myself because I didn't want to face the reality of what was happening.

Eventually I stepped on the scale and saw 352 lbs. That was the wake-up call I needed.

I started meal prepping again and cleaning up my diet. It worked, but my biggest struggle has always been late-night snacking. No matter how well I ate during the day, the food noise and cravings would hit hard at night.

That's what led me to GLPs.

I started retatrutide at 1mg three weeks ago, and so far I'm down 15 lbs. The reduction in food noise has been incredible. I'm starting to notice some of the cravings coming back a little, but compared to where I was before, it's been a huge help in controlling the constant urge to snack.

Looking forward to meeting people on similar journeys, learning from the community, and sharing experiences. I'm also interested in learning more about peptide safety, best practices, and ways to keep costs reasonable while doing things responsibly.

Thanks for having me.
