Intermittent Fasting on glp

The thing I find so interesting in this hobby is how much people are different, whether it be their reactions to the peptides, symptoms, goals, or their methods for reaching them.

Personally I kept a food journal to manage macros and monitor progress.

Although my methods may not work for all, it is hard to argue the benefits I have had.

in my first 31 weeks I averaged 9.5k steps a day, +/- 100 grams protein, +/- 1200 calories

I drank only water and black coffee in the morning with a calorie window between noon and 8pm.

This, combined with supplements and glp1s, allowed me to go from +/- 40" waist to 30-32"

I went from obese (226lb) to normal (163lb).

So does CICO, IF, GLP1s work? one or all did for me- I have maintained for 1 year now and am working on composition through increased calorie and protein, combined with some resistance.

YMMV

Here is a sample week from Sep 2024:

I started IF (like sikdude, water and coffee in am till I got hungry ) about 3 years ago to get my blood sugar levels down because I was prediabetic, which based on my labs has worked. Now that I've started reta, I think I'll go back to checking my blood sugar periodically.
