I feel for ya'll as this is something I've been battling for years even before jumping into the peptide world. What about adding Selank or something like that? My insomnia is primarily anxiety based but I just started BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV on this last Sunday and I dont think I've had more than 3 hours of sleep since then and I've read Selank in a nasal mist could help?PineCone99 said:Same.
