It has happened to me before, but I really think it has to do with what bac water you are using. My first one came from amazon and I’ll never do that again. Second one was hospira and it’s so much more tolerable

I did used to get them up until I stopped. It was slightly annoying. Even with hospira bac. It would take a few days to go away.

Moved to a new thread because this has nothing to do with where you posted it.

But every peptide can give an ISR. For tirz its not super uncommon. For some people it can get worse for a couple months and often then gets better. I personally developed a pretty strong reaction to tirz (to the point it was like mild poison oak reaction) and just decided to switch to reta at that time.

Things that could help:

Dilute the dose so the injection volume is 0.5ml

Rub the injection site with flonase 5 minutes before and after the injection. (allow it to dry on the skin)

Filter the tirz

Deeper injection. 1/2-3/4inch is a good place to start, side deltoid or ventrogluteal sites are great.
