I think I messed up . HELP!!!

So I think I completely destroyed my Tirz peptide 30mg Vial. I am currently at 7.5mg and tried to increase it to 8.5mg yesterday, When I was reconstituting it I accidentally let go of the syringe and the vacuum basically spritzed all of the BAC water onto the lyophilized tirz powder. Thought maybe the tirz wasn't destroyed but my cravings are coming back even with the increased dosage a day after the injection. Been on tirz for 3 months now and this is the first time something like this has happened .

Should I wait five days to reconstitute a new sample and inject it again?

Not sure what to do?

Also, I wanted to know how people store their lyophilized tirz, I put mine in the freezer. But now I'm looking at what other people are saying and they said how that also destroys the lyophilized tirz.

It's 'tirz' not 'triz'. No big deal, but it triggers some folks

You sprayed the water at the powder? No problem. That won't destroy the peptide.

I've been getting the same results of 5mg.... NOTHING. Today...5 days after the last 5mg dose I took 2.5mg and appetite suppression is great... No food noise lol...weird!

i mean, there are a number of possibilities. one is that you need to increase your dose by more than 1mg. another is that the vial is underfilled so you got less than 8.5mg. another is that all doses are different and it might just take a couple of doses at 8.5mg for the hunger/food noise to go away again.

i find a lot of it is mental. if you think you messed something up, you'll convince yourself that it's not working as well and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. you didn't mess up. i almost always let the vacuum take my bac water into the vial. these peptides aren't that fragile.

Maybe you’re hungry. Eat a bunch of protein. I’ll eat a whole rotisserie chicken some days.

Make sure hydrated too.

This stuff isn’t linear, and varies a lot day by day.

Could have swore that peptidetest tested a vial after violently shaking it to reconstitute and there was no loss in efficacy as far as I know. I just let my vials suck in the BAC and haven't had any issues.

1.6 mL in a 34.5 mg tirz , about 40 units to equal the 8.5mg dosage

Jano has said this doesn’t matter afa the spraying or shaking. He’s also tested freezer peps a year later with minimal degradation

Maybe you feel hungry bc you need to increase to the next clinical dose?

Sorry, I just couldn’t resist! It may have been under filled. I think these peptides are more resilient than we are led to believe. It’s a way for them to peddle questionable products and blame us when they don’t work.

I have some from ASC that does not have a vacuum seal. It still works though. I was really hopeful for the vacuum. In part for the fun of watching it pull on its own. The little things…

You went down on dosage? I am about to bump up to 7.5... 5 does nothing for me.

I did but like 4 days after taking the 5mg so it may be considered a bump up. I'll wait 5-7 days for next one and see if the 2.5 still works

Ehhh most seem to think that 90 days is fine as long as it doesn't get cloudy. I have had no issue with 60 day old tirz so far.

Janoshik and other vendors have tested peptides a year out with negligible degradation. Can’t speak to sterility though

I’ve used peptides past 28 days. Make sure to follow sterile prep and keep it stored properly. My rx test says to toss after 28 days, too. Not a chance
