I just got some, waiting to start till I can find the right days to deal with the fatigue in case it hits like most on here say it will. Excited to try it!
I tried it, this is day 2 and no real fatigue to speak of. Some food noise is still there but my hunger is basically zero. We'll see how the next week or two go but for now, this one is a keeper!

Did you really jump from zero to 1.6mg of cagri? Or am I misreading it. Even with lots of previous GLP exposure it is a decent dose of a drug with pretty high nausea and vomiting rates if you went there suddenly. I am still not sure about it on 0.25mg every 4 days as to whether the mild nausea is worth the mild reduction in hunger, and it definitely gets worse with an extra 0.25mg. On tirz15/reta5 as well.
Subject is 320, surely that has some bearing on side effects

Start SUPER DUPER low, try once a week for a few weeks and see how your body reacts. You can move to every 5 days or move up a tiny increment from there. It is extreeeeeeeemely strong and the tiniest amount can wipe your appetite out for days--and make you shit your brains out.
Thanks for this, really helpful

I have had much better success by doing .25mg one day and then doing another .25mg a day or two after. I tried .50mg all at once and I did experience the fatigue so many on here have endured. This stuff does work!

I wanted to share my experience with Cagrinilitide.

I have been on Tirzep, Reta, Sema, and Surv. Cagri, Sema, and Surv seem to hit the right spot for me.

Honestly, Tirzep made 💩 the bed. Literally. Maybe 15mg is too strong? Not sure.

Sema 1x week followed by Cagri 3-4 days later and I am freezing because I have not eaten anything all day! the nice thing is that I still have an appetite.

I went from 375 lbs down 323 lbs in 6 months. Then I plateaued and went back up to 330.

I received my Cagri, and injected 1.6mg the next day. Voila! Food thoughs? Gone. Cravings? Gone.

I keep some candy to keep my glucose levels up. I highly recommend Cagrinilitide . That whole amylin-sp? really works for me as adjunctice therapy to GLP.

Reta is good too. 😁

This is a good reminder that we're all different, and we should respect other people's reports even if they don't apply to us. Someone may need 15mg of something to get results, others get to their goal weight by using 1mg. It bugs me when commenters deride low doses, almost accusing the member of lying.

"No way .25 does anything, the body doesn't even register that amount!" and other nonsense along those lines is disrespectful.

I'm happy for both of these members! Neither is "right" except for what works for them.

I take .50mg every Thursday and Tirzepitide 10mg on Sunday. I was sick as a dog for a couple weeks. It's now getting tolerable. I don't sleep from Thursday to Friday anymore. I take it at bedtime so I sleep off some side effects. I now only sleep about 12 hours straight. I tried 1 mg and literally thought I was dying! It was awful! I don't think I'll ever go above .50 mg.

See y'all the ones who saw my suffering by my post. I stuck it out! Thanks for listening to me being so dramatic. 🤣🤣

I learned the hard way to not start at .5 for sure!!! I actually do .125 or MAYBE .25 but I have scaled way back with it for now.

cagri can lower blood sugar so people who are suffering from fatigue after taking it might want to check their blood sugar readings.
I absolutely cosign. The first time I took it I stupidly took .5 and thought I was dying--and the blood sugar crashes were wild.

I injected 0.75 mg and I’m honestly not sure if it’s doing much for me. I keep going back and forth on how I feel about cagri, but ultimately it’s not giving me the appetite suppression or food-noise reduction I was hoping for.

I previously stacked cagri with reta once and felt very ill, but without any additional appetite suppression, so I ended up quitting both reta and cagri cold turkey. It’s been a few weeks now, and I’ve started fresh again, but I’m still not sure why this isn’t hitting me harder.

I wish there were more anecdotes from outliers like me who seem to need higher doses even from the beginning. Should I just pin 1mg or even 2mg?

Love Cagri too. Started low and slow . Presently take 2 mg weekly without fatigue . Always felt energy with it. Does dry my mouth more.
This comment gives me hope. How long did it take you to titrate up to 2mg? Considering jumping up to 2mg, if I feel nothing at 1mg.

Edit : pinned 1.5mg. Still feel nothing!

Before that the hunger was crazy with Reta.
I had the same exact experience - crazy, uncontrollable hunger on reta.

Now I titrated Tirz down to 7.5 mg and Reta up to 4mg and Cagri since two weeks.
How much cagri are you currently on? Still 250mcg?

How about you try this? Stack cagri, reta, and tirz. And pin those on separate days, for example. Start one on Monday, then pin another one on Wednesday, and then another one on Friday, so you're covered for the week. Try this experiment because all of them are slightly different, right? cagri is a completely different pathway. reta gets all three receptors. And tirz gets the same receptors as reta, but it has more of an appetite suppression effect, so you're getting all benefits and you're covering all your bases.

Thank you so much for the suggestion, but I was on reta at 8 mg/week for six months with no weight loss and a lot of side effects, including extreme hunger.

Because of that, I’ve quit reta and don’t really plan on going on another GLP-1 right now. That’s why I’m trying cagri alone, and I’m also waiting for elora to arrive. I'm going to go ahead and pin 500mcg on top of the 1.5mg and see how that goes!

The wife just started cag last Thursday at .25mgs. She pairs it with 8mg of reta and she pins that on Mondays. I do a 4 mg reta pin on Monday and thought about starting the cag this Friday at .25mg but I am a little afraid of the potential exhaustion. I want less food noise but I also want to be able to get my protein in. I keep going back and forth, take it, don't take it. I have tried increasing my reta dosage to 6mg and the intestinal side effects got me pretty good.

Yes! Now that you mention it, this is why it was such a chore to eat, the suppression + a dry mouth. Everything was cardboard.

Good luck! I would say that the fatigue has definitely subsided since the first week. So perhaps if I had started at 250mcg it wouldn’t have been so severe.

It’s kind of funny that so many here experience fatigue with cagri stacked with tirzepatide/retatrutide when the rate in the cagrisema trial was only slightly more than sema alone.

Definitely let us know how it goes when you try again! Can’t wait to hear.

Wondering if the fatigue has anything to do with the sharp decrease in calories?
