How to get a good start in losing weight

My friends are using Reta，Tirz，Sema, but I don't know what the initial dose should be, how much should I use per week, or if I can mix them.

2.4 mg is the max dose for sema. You start at .25 mg

seconded @mopo89 . please don't start taking any of these things without doing a lot more reading first.
