12 weeks in, losing avg 2 pounds a week, every week.

(A few were 3 and one week was 1, but always a loss).

Averaging 2.25 lbs a week, down around 25 pounds in 12 weeks. Been pretty steady, weeks where it's lower I know for sure my weigh will be low due to family gatherings and such. Every week has been a loss even if very slight.
That’s a really good pace. I took tirz a few months ago for one month and lost 20 lbs that month bc my doctor prescribed a higher dose and I got so annoyed with all my coworkers asking how I was losing weight.

Somewhere around 86 total. 46 being on reta. In the span of 3 or so months. May was a weird one. Goals another 38 by end of august. Hopefully.

18lbs in 14 weeks. I'm up to 5mg Tirz (several weeks already) & just bumped up to 3mg Reta trying to get to faster loss like others, but this week has been so hard to eat at all & not really any loss. My stomach doesn't feel too good. Prob need to go back down to the 2.5mg Reta

ive got a question I just started reta on Monday 0.5mg was my dose and I don't feel any different like zero and I'm planning on going to 1.5 or 1mg next week whats your guys thoughts, I weight 184 and want to go to 169-172lbs around to have a good lean base

Went from 122kg to 65kg 2012-2014 managed to regain all of it and more

145kg to 75kg 2022-23 low calorific density super high protein 40-50% calories diet

75-80kg 2023 24

started ozempic mid 24 stayed 75-80kg

discovered grey peptides, swapped to tirz 15mg , added reta 5mg mid 2025 at 78kg

added cagri 0.5mg early 2026 gradually dropped to 64kg over 10 months or so 81kg down, BMI 23

.5mg is pretty small in my opinion. I also think a small dose like that for your first time pin is super smart. I would try 1mg for a few weeks or so and see how you respond. I am not a doctor, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express a few days ago. 🙂

I hit 100lbs yesterday, 10 months to the day since I started on Tirz. Slowed down a bit in Jan-March but then I added Cagri and it's picked up again.

I believe it takes 4 weeks to build up in your system, it was wise to start at 0.5 just to rule out any adverse effects. If you feel nothing though, then I'd advise going up to 1 mg and then staying there for 3 more weeks. And then maybe 2 mg after that if you still don't feel it. There's free apps like MeAgain where you enter you dose and you'll see how it builds up over that 4 weeks.

12 lbs in 4 months (started very slow) which is what I wanted. Maintaining and building lots of muscle since then!

I've lost 80lbs total since Aug of 2025 on Reta. I've now started to titrate down on my dose. I don't want to lose any more weight. 140 at my age and height is where my doctor said I needed to be. Currently sitting at 138.

6'1 male

Started in March at roughly 215lbs

Currently at 178

Goal is more mirror-based, but should hit it roughly between 165-170

Update to mine a week later...the plateau resolved with the 2mg Reta increase and I broke into the 200's! 298.8lb!

328 lb --> 302 lb = 26lb in 3 months. Solid 2 lb a week average. That's with 3x a week weight training to failure or near. 2270 calories per day, 200g+ of protein daily. I'm hoping to maintain all the strength I can. The drop has slowed down a bit, so I may need to drop off some additional calories soon. RT has been at 1mg until this past Saturday, just titrated up to 2mg. I'm in no hurry. It took me 30 years to get here, a year or two to get back to 225 and healthy seems to make sense to me.
