How much weight have you lost?

Started creatine at the end of April, haven't had a followup Dexa but I expect to have gained 3-6lb from that.

Averaging 2.25 lbs a week, down around 25 pounds in 12 weeks. Been pretty steady, weeks where it's lower I know for sure my weigh will be low due to family gatherings and such. Every week has been a loss even if very slight.

15lbs in 31 days on GLP. 100lbs total.

im down 135lbs over 3 years. about 80lbs of that is with low dose tirz. got up to 5mg for a couple months then cut it out completely for 6 months then started back at 2mg. will probably stay at 2mg in perpetuity

Down 43lbs and in 6 1/2 months. Tirz

My loss was very linear. 65 pounds in 6 months. About 11 pounds each month.

The only bits that deviated from the line were the holidays and a few vacations where I suspended injections briefly. Most of the loss was attributable to Tirzepatide's appetite suppression.

I have been losing 1-2lbs a week on average since 1/5/26. I weighed 205 when I started reta and I weigh 172 now. I don't really watch what I eat too much or exercise every day, otherwise I would have lost more by now.

220 lbs --> 155 lbs = 65 lbs

Took me several years. Trying for the last 5 lbs now.

These stories are so great. It is amazing how many people are accomplishing what used to be impossible. Call big pharma what you may, but man, sometimes they do incredible things. Almost wants you to not resent their grubby little greedy fingers.

At one point I weighed 288 but I started the shots on 1/6/26 at 261.6. Now I am 221. I am kinda jacked since I've been lifting for 23 years. I've been going to the gym 4 times a week on average since 10/1/24. I would like to get down to 205 and see how that is before deciding on a different goal.

Weight loss for me meant nothing. I've been adding muscle almost as fast as I've been losing fat. I just looked at my stats. Since October I've lost only 24 lbs, however I was wearing size 3X shirts that were tight then, and today, I can wear an XL and it's loose.

328 lb --> 302 lb = 26lb in 3 months. Solid 2 lb a week average. That's with 3x a week weight training to failure or near. 2270 calories per day, 200g+ of protein daily. I'm hoping to maintain all the strength I can. The drop has slowed down a bit, so I may need to drop off some additional calories soon. RT has been at 1mg until this past Saturday, just titrated up to 2mg. I'm in no hurry. It took me 30 years to get here, a year or two to get back to 225 and healthy seems to make sense to me.

62M former athlete. Blew up to 262lbs on Prednisone for autoimmune diseases the last few years. Retatrutide 2mg/wk starting end of December 2025. Down a full 70 pounds to 191-192. My goal weight. I can't believe it. Less than 6 months and I'm where I need to be.

Dose increases by 1mg/month to 5mg. Also occasionally use Tesamorelin 1mg/day for visceral fat.

I recently switched Reta brands and it seems less effective. I may move to 6mg (3mg 2x per week) Autoimmune inflammation comes roaring back if I wait too long between doses. So not only am I using Reta to maintain a proper weight, but to control autoimmune disease symptoms.

Hashimoto's

Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (like lupus)

Secondary Adrenal insufficiency (severe)

Myasthenia Gravis neuromuscular issues (very drug responsive, but negative labs)
