So you are taking only 4 injections (5 mg every 5 days for 20 days) and then waiting 6 months to start again? I want to make sure I am understanding since this is quite a bit different than what I read in Dr. Seeds book. Thank you.AndyPanda said:MOTS-c (glucose uptake and utilization, enhance insulin sensitivity, promote mitochondrial biogenesis, reduce oxidative stress.)

There are a few different protocols. This is what I chose. I encourage you to do some research and choose what is best for you. I feel it is best to cycle different peptides. If you try several at the same time there is no way to know which is doing what.WinterFarce said:So you are taking only 4 injections (5 mg every 5 days for 20 days) and then waiting 6 months to start again? A popular research protocol is SQ 5 mg 3x/wk for 4-6 weeks, followed by 5 mg 1x/wk for 4 weeks. Can cycle 3-4x per year. -Dr. Seedsbrittmiche said:Mg and how often?what positive effects did you notice? Negative ? Instantaneous ?(24hrs)

3 days ago was my first rs with mots. 5mg no sting whatsoever. rsing again in a fewBrookie said:I did one cycle of dr seeds protocol. I didn’t notice the increase in energy but I did notice a somewhat more slim appearance of my stomach. It could be because of the Tirz but something just felt a little different. I did the lowest dose. The initial doses had quite a bit more sting than the latter doses. Sting lasted around 30 minutes . This is purely my experience and yours may be different. I will definitely repeat the protocol.
