How much do you have in your freezer?

Interesting about TRIZ being frige stable for that long, i had no idea ...so just block light out on triz. I think i would still use insulated something for temp shifts while open fridge doors for months or potentially years.

Regarding storage, this likely sounds ridiculous, but i hate thinking about things more then once and i personally would rather make it the best situation to maintain freshness once and not think about it until its used, whenever that is.

Freeze dried is also not alway as perfect as one would hope, mostly no moisture in a perfect world and a container that is flawless, is alway my assumption, temp change cycles effect all organics as well as vibrations over time (compressor cycles ) and other things opening and closing doors over a year.

I like the silicon holders for long term vibration control and the hydrapeak insulated containers temperature flux, seems easy and makes things stable

Probably way overboard but out of sight out of mind and quick labeling and put it away until needed.
Freezer bags, desiccant pucks, and storing inside of an insulated container would knock out half of the concerns on your list. Probably overkill and unnecessary, but if it provides the psychological sense of having your bases covered, none of those are horribly expensive.

And by the time you've fully prepared for keeping your peptides preserved in a Mad Max-style world, you may have gone too far, as I expect obesity will be less of a concern in that world.

Hundred ways to skin a cat….this is how I do it

3200mg's Tirz, 720mg's Reta. kept in my freezer in air tight containers with dry paks. No problems thus far.

About freezing reconstituted Reta, at some point I'll just test it myself, all these experiments that happen behind closed doors don't hold weight unless you can read them, being a part of a special club to read them isn't helpful. Like most things, I'll try it myself and see how it goes. My Reta is in 24 (28 actual) mg vials. So, when I switch I'll have to at least give aliquoting a shot.

yeah i just think a simple step of some sort of cooler (insulated anything) in the freezer is a good idea

I currently have one full kit of Reta. My plan is to lose the weight I want to lose and then maintenance dose for, well, ever. Wondering how much others are keeping on hand?

I suppose how much I can reasonably keep around will depend on how long it lasts before degradation. Do we have any solid research on that as of yet?
Keep it in the freezer in any type of cooler and it will last many many years. I use some soft side zipper travel pouches that came with an ice pack. I currently have 3 kits and I plan on buying more when I get down to one kit.

I have 3 years of tirz in freezer, plus 2 years of low dose sema, just in case I need a bump. Planning on adding some reta to the freezer to help with visceral fat towards maintenance.

I lost my mind, at least 8 to 10 years worth of reta and tirz. Plus a few years of many others.

I only tried Reta ……curious, why do you have both?

I do 8mg reta and 5mg tirz. I originally started on tirz and find the combo works really well for me. Down 88lbs in 6 months

How would you describe them working together?

That's a big kit for low dose!

Hit the nail on the head! My kit is 5mg vials because 1mg twice a week looks like it will be my sweet spot and I don’t want the same reconstituted vial sitting in the fridge for too long. I have about four pounds left to lose until I lower to a maintenance dose.

As for degradation in the freezer, I may label vials with the purchase date going forward. That 10% difference can probably be planned for effectively if I know to factor it in. Especially in maintenance.

I don’t hoard so I just have what I am working with. 3 kits, GHK-cu, T30 and Cagrilintide. 1 vial used out of each.

I switch out my peptides and have been bouncing between Sema and Tirz. I may want to try Reta in the future so having a stockpile just doesn’t make sense for me.

My 7 kits are individually vacuum sealed, in a double insulated/ walked lunch box with a giant plug in dessecant pack.

About 8 years worth of reta. First pep I wanted to stockpile. Could have saved money if I waited for other deals but it feels good to have it for long term.

Mostly appetite suppression from tirz that reta alone for me wasn't as great.
I find this interesting. The Reta has just killed both mine and my wives appetite. We did go around to the corner bar to meet friends grab lunch. We split 6 wings, and I had 3 beers which really seem to fill me up since being on it. The neighbors brought some snacks over to our house for the normal Friday get together. I had 3 celery sticks, a cherry tomato and two slices of salami. We're both stuffed, and will cook the salmon tomorrow. I did drink a boat load of water. I did make a small protein powder shake to at least get some protein. FYI, just pinned our 3rd 4mg this morning.

It's changed?
Ohh yeah…mid dec Great at 5mg … now at 12 mg and the food help seems to have faded substantially …

It the the process of sorting out why..so i stopped the tessa and ipa 5 days ago now , I did start during that time mid December when the change happened to see if that is the culprit …we shall see

Thanks, are you getting food noise? We are only on Reta, but my oldest son who's fireman with a RN degree keeps telling me I should get on testosterone. He does it, but he lifts. Actually he's the one I found out about the Reta from. He tells me it'll help me a ton. I mentioned I'll go the the urologist, and said he can get the juice. I'd personally feel better with a doc on this one. I honestly haven't researched it. I'm 66, and didn't weigh a ton, but the heaviest I can remember being at 215. At 199 6 weeks in, and started 2/9. A target of 175. Sorry for the novel, I get carried away sometimes.
