How much do bac you reconstitute your typical 10mg vial with?

I know I know, there's no one answer here - i get it, the specific pep matters however, most of of my stack can be reconstituted with the same amount of bac water, which just makes it slightly easier to remember dosage (relax, i have it all written down in an excel sheet that I refer to every single time I pin).

I like 1 ml so each 10 units equal 1 mg

Depends on what I’m taking. For Reta I’d use .5ml.

I reconstitute based largely in part to have a dose size of .1-.5ml, and preferably under .3ml as I have more of those pins handy. For GLP I keep the concentration to 30mg/ml or less.

Reverse calculation is where it’s at. I use the amount that gives me a dose that’s 10 units. So it depends on the dosage and the amount in each vial. But if you’re more than one at a time it’s easier if you pick what you want to inject and calculate backwards to find the dilution that gives you that dosage

Some things are reconstituted based on iu and not grams so make sure your dosing is mg or iu because they are different. If the dose is in mg run 1ml of bac for every 10 mg unless it's more than 30 because most of the vials are 3ml. Anything over that split it to .5ml per 10mg that will just make your dose more concentrated ie. .1ml= .5mg
