How do you guys store your GLP?

I bought a small Mini fridge of 1.7 cu ft. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Midea-1-7-cu-ft-Mini-Fridge-Black-ENERGY-STAR/5017695879 and put a thermometer in there, so it would be 2-8 degrees Celsius. I keep the small 10 pack vial containers in there, that I have reconstituted and what I'll be using in the next month or two. Sometimes I will do up 2 weeks worth of shots and put them in a Ziploc bag (marked of course)

Got 2 of those put away in the garage freezer at -21 degrees Celsius, for the long term. Now I think I need to buy another one, after typing all this with what I just ordered. HA!

Do you think it’ll be an issue to store unused vials in their original cases inside a shared fridge then?

I’m rethinking my plans now, I might have to get those food jars people were talking about.

I use this case, and put the case inside a plastic zipper bag to keep anything nasty from getting in.

Honestly those mini skincare fridges are pretty good, my friend has one in her bathroom and she’s never complained about it being noisy even when she’s in there for extensive amounts of times. Here in my house we just keep the peptides in the fridge in those little peptide holders with the zippers, keeps them nice and organized and stored upright. But if privacy is a big concern I think the skincare fridges are your best bet.

I have one of those Vacuum food sealers and was wondering if the vacuum could possibly mess up the vial stoppers?

Unless it in a power form maybe but mixed I'm not sure about doing that. I've observed very small bubbles around the rubber seal when I push a lot of pressure into a vial right before I extract my mix and transfer/filter it to a new vial. So I'm not sure how much negative pressure would affect that vial seal with the metal ring (crimp). I guess you could take an old vial, fill it up with water, and start sucking (applying vacuum/negative pressure) to see what happens... maybe even leave it under negative pressure for a month or so to test long-term effects? Funny as it is I have some commercial grade vacuum equipment that can pull to 300 microns. maybe ill sniff some SEMAX and give it a try? I just to 3D print a chamber that can hold that pressure!! i'm sure it's just going to implode !!!

Use a chamber vacuum sealer, have had no issues with vacuum sealing them.

The problem with those peltier fridges is their inside temperature is directly affected by ambient temperature. I have one and it's temperature swing is terrible 38⁰-47⁰ I'm not a fan personally

I've heard those tiny "makeup" fridges can be a bit loud if they're in the room you sleep in. Is this one quiet? Been considering getting one.

As for storage, powder goes in the freezer in a 3d printed container. Vials of liquid for now are in a 3d printed vendor in the butter shelf of the kitchen fridge

Most freeze until you reconstitute it, including me.

Mine ranges from 33-40°F. In the winter I put it in low power mode for more buffer from freezing. I’ve never found ice not the thermometer over 40°.

I honestly don't know for sure. The advice is always to freeze the kits until needed. Reconstitute and then refrigerate. Someone will probably weigh in that knows more than me.

I use a medicine bag that's lockable, although I never lock it. Just my wife and small daughter, so not really worried about nosey people, but if anyone needed to be descert in a "high traffic fridge" a lockable madacine bag is perfect. Put a small lock on it and only you have the key and access to it. Also, it doesn't take up much space. About the size of a regular bag of shredded cheese.

We store reconstituted vials in a discreet Tupperware tucked into the back of the wine fridge. Pretty much unnoticeable.

We store our kits in a Hydrapeak in the freezer for decades-long protection.

This interview puts most of this to rest, however. Peter Magic of Janoshik said he tested a 10 yr old peptide stored in his garage with no appreciable degradation. Both refrigeration and freezing appear to be unnecessary for lyophilized peptides. Do what makes you feel comfortable.

Some mini fridges are unreliable, I recomend using a nema brand fridge. I personally store mine in a nice fridge before and after reconstruction

This is what I have read:

If it will be used within a couple of months, store at room temp.

Use in 1-2 yrs in the fridge

Use after 2+ in the freezer

All that said, I put everything in the freezer. Except bac water. Bac goes in the linen closet. When opened, Hospira is stored in a case on a shelf where I pin.

I just got PGB bac water. Have to figure out how that stores once "opened".

I store mine at -50c in a cryogenic freezer, about the size of a regular cooler. Seeing as Im working towards a 10 year supply stockpile of Reta Tirz and sema, I want them nice and chilled
