How do calcalculate dosage after reconstituting?

I am reading a lot on the forums here and would like to optimize my reta dosage. But I am confused. My instructions for dosing are

Retatrutide = Reconstitue 20mg powder + 2.5ml water = Once a week injection

currently I am on my Third week @ 30 units in a small syringe

All the protocol discussion here refers to mg.

Can someone please help me understand my current mg intake ? Ty

I take it you're trying to pin 3mg? You actually need to be 38 units, or 3.8mg with that 2.5ml BAC . Had you reconned with 2ml, a 30 unit/3mg is spot on. This will work out good for what you're doing.

No. I think you need to review your math before telling someone else they don't understand.

In order to be taking almost half of the vial, as you have stated, he would have to be injecting almost half of the water volume. Half of the water volume is 125 units. He said he is injecting 30.

Damn all these calculators, learn the math, it's not complicated and it radically reduces your chances of getting the calculator wrong.

Dimensional Analysis is a wonderful and under-taught basic skill.

Weight divided by volume= weight/volume

Weight/volume * volume= weight

20mg/2.5ml= 8mg/ml

8mg/ml*.3ml= 2.4mg

Or simply

20mg/2.5ml*.3ml= 2.4mg.

Weight of the vial, divided by the volume of fluid into the vial, times the volume of the measured dose equals the weight of the measured dose. Dividing by volume and multiplying by volume cancels out, leaving weight as the only unit remaining to go with the answer.

It works forwards or backwards. Yesterday I wanted to recon a 30mg vial to give a 5mg in a .20ml draw.

5mg/.20ml= 25mg/ml

30mg/ 25mg/ml= 1.2ml

Thus recon with 1.2ml, and a 5mg dose is .2ml

25mg/ml*.2ml=5mg

I know. I have deleted my response. I use pen. Each 60 units are equal to 0.5ml at a pen. But not at a syringe. I was confused. But immidiately realised it.

It is not related with the thread. Just personal. You suffer from megalomania. Not much hope. But to begin with, you can try kisspeptine at a high dosage. I am afraid you will stay suffering.

If you are not confident with the maths involved use an online peptide calculator. It is not even close to safe to be using these drugs without knowing for certain what dose you are taking.

Also for 20mg of reta use 2ml not 2.5, much much easier to work out doses and volumes, with nice round numbers, so then 20mg = 2ml ,10mg = 1ml , 1mg = 0.1ml so 3mg = 0.3ml or 30 units. If you write it out just like I just did, it is easy to understand and harder to make mistakes, especially if you are not native to using the metric system.

At the moment you are using 2.5ml for 20mg so 20mg/2.4ml= 8mg / 1ml , 0.8mg = 0.1ml , 2.4mg = 0.3ml or 30 units

Ideally you want to work it out on a piece of paper and online and make sure they match, getting doses wrong by mistake is by far the most common way to make yourself ill with grey peptides.

I dont know my mg dose. Thats what I am trying to back into. These calculators should help
