How are you organizing your peptides?

I have that same basic freezer...mines probably a bit smaller, 2 cu ft....
Aw, man, I love that thing. I forgot I had it. Being so far in the dark corner of my basement. Along with the food I forgot about too……was a fun weekend cleaning that out once I realized I had too many hydrapeaks for the fridge upstairs. Now I just need a little mini fridge. Glass door. LED lights for all my recon and easy to use stuff! 🧡

Are you really using an entire ml for your 5mg dose of mots? Why wouldn’t you do something like .5ml reconstitute or am I missing something? I’m just starting out and I’m putting 1ml in a 10mg vial and taking 1mg per dose so it’s an easy 10unit dose.
No that was a bad test run of labels

Man, yall are fancy. I just sharpie the top and the bottom 😆 .

I might start labeling though as my stack gets bigger just so I can follow FIFO.

Oh…it’s an obsession. For storage. Hydrapeaks and similar thermos with inserts. Can hold at least 50 vials in a large one. As for labeling. I have a niimbot d11h, Niimbot d110, niimbot m2 and a decent canon laser printer if I need to print labels in bulk. Still prefer to use my niimbots though. I typically label all vials with average mass, purity, vendor and batch. I label my pens and pen carts with the recon and dose information. View attachment 29952
What are the other style of thermos’s you are using.

This is what I do too lol

My issue with that is...IF I have multiple vials in the fridge, with the alcohol wipes, the marker comes off the vials 🤣

Most the hydrapeaks but I found that the hydrapeaks, hydaGEARS, Powcans and new ones called MANNA’s, are all the same and fit the same 3d printed vial trays perfectly. Just NOT the hydraFLASKS. Their mouths are too narrow for the printed inserts. I usually find them on amazon for the peaks. eBay. Mostly stores like Marshall’s, TJ maxx and Sierra trading posts. I’m kind of a hydrapeak fine. Trays I get on Etsy or my chosen supply vendors.

I just sharpie the cap so I know what it is before recon, once I recon it i just look at the bottom.

Thanks for the info, is peach your fav colour?

It’s called “Apricot Crush.” I lurk the internet looking for all the discontinued colors. Sage green is my favorite color. Got that color too lol

Yeah I keep mine in original kits and label the vials I reconstitute using my good ole trusty Dyno label maker. I too am a basic bitch as I already spend too much money on peptides and supplements. But I also don’t have a huge assortment of peptides. I feel like getting into the labeling game is too much right now. It’s a whole 2nd job. I have 1 hydro peak and 1 travel case for work. That’s it.

Yes which colour keeps the peps colder? No which brand do you like best?
lol I believe they’re all made the same. I’d use Apache 1800’s for storage because they are a bit cheaper when it comes to vial rent but I like the idea of having them in insulated containers. As well as airtight.

I don't have anything to add on the physical side, but one thing I do that is maybe slightly more unique is that I have an inventory system.

I've used this self-hosted tool to manage my tech inventory for a while, but it turned out to be useful for peps too.

HomeBox

A simple home inventory management software

homebox.software

You can try the demo of the tool here: https://demo.homebox.software/

(just imagine pep data in there)

I print Avery labels with QR codes pointing to the inventory page. So when I pull out a vial, I can scan it, and have all the info about it there. I can't post any photos because QR codes point to my domain, and I don't want to have that info tied to this account.

You just made my inner librarian squeal with delight! 🤓

I haven't thought about it, but probably should with an order on the way haha.
Haha same here! After reading everyone’s experiences, I might have to try it too. 😄

I have a simple Niimbot D110 I use for labels and round labels for vial caps and regular labels for the vial itself. I also have simple Nelko P21 that use. I personally think the Nelko is easier to use, but no round labels for it. I use the Nelko for the vial labels and Niimbot for the caps. No issues so far in the freezer or fridge. I also keep a spreadsheet of all my Reta with size, date, who I got it from and other things.
You’re seriously an organization genius! I think I need to try using niimbot for vial caps too, I definitely need those round labels!

I have an old Brother P-Touch label maker from the 1990's. Literally been using it for decades.

I use it for everything, dates of packing food preps, oil change date/mileage on the car windshield, and, yes, 'tide vials. They stick great, both in the fridge and freezer. Never been an issue with a single label.

I also label my pens with product, dose, and clicks, and keep them in the fridge.

You’re definitely a labeling veteran

This is officially next-level 👍 , between the d11, d110, and m2, which one do you think is the best to use?

1. How are you labeling your out-of-pen cartridges? I just started using pens and for some recon dilutions I end up filtering into 2 cartridges. Not a problem now as I only have 2 spares and one’s GHK-Cu, but for the future I’m looking for a solution.

2. If you label them with the clear labels on your pens, do you remove the sticker before putting into the pen?

3. Do you ever need to take labels off of your pens, and if so is dealing with the residue a problem?

4. That Niimbot organization is AWESOME!!!
Haha, I think you guys are slowly convincing me that I need a niimbot 😂 I started this thread just looking for ideas, but now I’m seriously considering getting one.

Obvious_Reel said:
I’ll use my d110/d11h and clear labels on any carts that don’t immediately get tossed into a pen. Some pens there is enough clearance for labels to remain on carts when placed into the cart holder. Some, not so much. So, I do take them off prior to loading them into my pens simply so I don’t have to deal with any issues. Sometimes residue is an issue. Not a huge deal considering I generally put the same peptide in the same pen. Most the time the batch and product is the same so I can get by with the same pen lable for quite sometime unless I change recon or dose. Never had a label fade or peel off. With the niimbot labels anyway. Only issue I’ve come across is making sure to clean the cart and or vial prior to applying a sticker.
What’s the difference between the d110 and d11h? Which one do you use more?

Started with a $20 label printer from Walmart (Core Innovations) that prints 15x30 thermal labels and a Hydrapeak. I later bought a Niimbot m2 and a couple more Hydrapeaks. I currently have three with inserts that can hold 60 vials each. One with Reta, one with Tirz and one with the other stuff I am trying out (MOTS-C, Cagrilintide, CJC/Ipa, Semax, Selank). They are in a small portable 10 quart freezer (Vevor). It stays about -1F and fluctuates about 0.5F in both directions which I am monitoring with a Govee wifi thermometer. I currently have the thermometer inside one of the Hydrapeaks because I wanted to see how stable the temp remained in that small freezer.
