How are y'all tracking your progress?

I tried a few apps for like 5 months : Shotsy, Gala GLP1, ***CENSORED APP: DISCUSSION PROHIBITED DUE TO LEGAL THREATS FROM DEVELOPER***, disediary, dose wise, my own excel sheet with formulas. None was perfect but I now use the Renpho smart scales app and Shotsy. And once in a while, I import the renpho app data to my Excel just because I like data.

GAH! I have android! This just means I'm going to have to go on the hunt for some other app options. I really like that this is peptide-specific.
Share if you find a good Android one.

As my experiments in peptides began before I learned of this board, I did what I always do, I created an excel spreadsheet. LoseIt for the calorie tracking. I bought a decent scale on Amazon, confirmed accurate to my Dr's scale.

If I had it to do over again, I'd have gotten a high quality body scan before starting, tracked in Shotsy, and bought a Hume scale. Or one of those mechanical beam Dr's scales.

The biggest advance in my journey was joining this site, as well as learning of the peptide calculators.

Yep, those are awesome. I'm not, or should I say I haven't been afraid for the larger vials of Reta. I have a ton of 50 and 60mg, heck I even have a R140 kit on the way from a GB. It even helps with the R30 now that I'm up in 8mg pins. I forgot to mention the Renpho Elis2X smart scale.

I just love an excel sheet. Did you build your own sheet/formulas? or did you grab one off the internet?
Couldn't find anything I liked in an app so I just used a spreadsheet and did my own. It isn't as crazy as I could make it. Most of the calcs come down to how many calories over/under. I track a rolling 7-day average of my weight and it calculates how many calories I have been over/under a day for the last week. (Todays average-aversge 7 days ago x 3500/7). It makes it really easy to make adjustments. When I was dropping weight, I used a rolling 14-day just becuse the 7 tended to be too noisy. At maintenence/lean bulk, the 7 day seems to work better.

I'd love to talk about dose and weight tracking methods. I personally have myself a pocket calendar where I track what I injected and on what day.

I want to know: how are you keeping track of your methods? What do you keep track of?

Are there some neat apps out there? Do you have a fancy scale in your bathroom that tracks your weight? Do you track how often do you weigh yourself in your notes?

And I'd love to know about things outside of injection. Where do you keep your blood test results? Printed, saved as a PDF on the cloud, in a NAD/external hard drive?

I'd even love to know if you have your supplies organized or if you've reworked a vanity to be a "peptide station." LOL

I'm curious, I just want to know! Let's chat!
I am going to construct a peptide station as well and need inspo!

Shotsy for tracking weight and injection timing and dose.

Spreadsheet for logging dates/notes, another for inventory management, another for weight loss projection/tracking.

I have a folder in the cloud that contains everything, with folders for labs, scans, etc.
downloaded shotsy! thank you

I think weight is good to look at, but if you are not overweight and you start lifting at the same time, especially when going for a body recomp, I wouldn’t check the scale too much.

In the beginning, you might lose 3–4 kg in the first few days just by losing glycogen and water weight. After that, you will slowly lose weight, but during a body recomp, you’re also going to build some muscle in the process. So at some point, you might not lose as much weight as you would like.

But here’s the thing: you may look way better in the mirror each day, even if the scale doesn’t move much.

I would weigh myself every 5 days, in the morning on an empty stomach after using the toilet. Track that and look at the overall weight differences over time. After every 10 days, you can make changes or adjustments if needed.

START TAKING PICTURES: same lighting, same spot, same time!

Best of luck!

I want to as well. I know to keep my peptides in the fridge, but how fun would it be to rework a vanity to have all your pinning supplies in one place?!

Another cool thing that I didn’t realize Shotsy did, custom meds with pharmacokinetics so it can track estimated levels with things other than peptides.

Probably not overly accurate data, but mainly using it to track weight trends and how they correlate with general dosing changes over time.

I've been using the following:

Shotsy to track shot dates and dosage

Wiithings Smart Scale to track weight that is synced to my Google Fit data

MacroFactor to track Macros and Calories

Love having the data available to monitor progress!

Progress: Belt loops, mirror, strength gains, DEXA, Withings Smart Scale.

Doses: Peptide Tracker by David Dzeveckij. I LOVE this app! The dev is approachable and responsive as well. I asked for a feature and it was there within 1-2 days. If you're on this forum, TY David!

I´m tracking mounjaro (Tirz) with Shotsy since 2024. Now I added Reta 4 weeks ago. Is it possible, that Reta remains longer on high mgs in your system (the curves look like it)? Is it longer lasting then mounjaro during the 7 days. With mounjaro I loose appetite suppression after 5 days completely.

I use Tracky on IOS, stores daily weight and tracks dose details

I look in the mirror. If I don't hate what I see, that means I'm making good progress. If I open the selfie camera and I like what I see, that means I've achieved my goal.

I use PEP and Shotsy to track my weight, shots, and calories
