My journey started a year ago on sema, after a long plateau, I moved up to Tirz. The benefits have been terrific! It’s really helped me to put my health/fitness/eating habits first in my life.
However, I’m thru with tele-health companies. I spent weeks and weeks doing my research and finally pulled the trigger and just ordered my first grey shipment. I’m very excited!
I am now researching what to move to next. (Please send me your suggestions!) I can’t wait to dive into all the info here and learn from the experience and knowledge that you all have.
