Spent about a month educating myself and reading up constantly every day before making the jump. Started research on Tirz about 5 weeks ago with great results. RS has had minimal side effects (nothing that some fiber couldn't fix!).
Also very glad to have found this forum. The groups over in the metaverse were a bit nerve wracking due to the sheer amount of people with supplies in hand ready to jump into research without ever having looked up reconstitution and dosage protocols, or even understand what a COA is and how to verify.
I'm very appreciative of all the knowledge that is shared here! Looking forward to being a part of the conversation and learning more.
